Simpson Energy and Control Services Limited provide innovative solutions to reduce energy consumption within buildings. We have considerable experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration and Lighting market sectors and are fully trained in the reduction and management of energy.

We have the know-how, tools and the ability to be able to use, understand and apply the latest technologies to industrial and commercial properties. We then work together to devise the best energy strategy to apply to a particular property or group of properties.

Energy Cost Reductions

After agreeing your energy saving strategy, we measure and record the building(s) current performance. At this point we apply our experience and energy training to set realistic and achievable targets.

The final step is when we measure the result of the changes made and deliver the savings. Quite often we work with the tools that are already in place to deliver the energy savings. For instance there may already be a BEMS (Building Energy Management System) on site that has not been set up to target and monitor. If this is the case and if practical, we would adjust the existing BEMS to enable it to measure consumption and then make the necessary adjustments to deliver the savings.

We may also, if required, add the necessary hardware to expand the I/O on the existing system to enable the monitoring to be carried out via the BEMS.

Advice on Energy Consumption Savings

We provide clients with expert advice on where to save on energy costs. We install new systems but are happy to improve and maintain competitors' systems to save energy. We are an independent company with no tie or commitment to any manufacturers’ product. We mainly install government approved ECA Products, which are often self financing.

We are specialists in the control of HVAC, Refrigeration and Lighting systems. Our main goal as a company is to reduce building energy consumption and in turn reduce building operating costs. We know from our experience that when a company adopts the correct approach to energy management with us, we can produce significant savings.
